Studio & Concierge Policies
To maintain a high standard of service and ensure that every client receives their full dedicated time, I adhere to the following professional policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
- Same-Day "No Shows": Failure to be present at the time of your appointment (In-Studio or Concierge) without notice will result in a charge for the full 100% of the service price.
Arrival & Timing
Professional Conduct
All sessions are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session at the full cost of the service, and the client will be barred from future bookings.
Mobile & Travel Logistics
- Do you charge a separate travel fee? Our Concierge Mobile pricing is all-inclusive for locations within a 20-mile radius of our studio. For locations outside of this radius, a modest travel fee may apply to cover time and transit. Please contact us for a custom quote if you are unsure of our range.
- What about parking in downtown or at hotels? For hotel or high-rise appointments, we ask that clients arrange for validated parking or cover the cost of valet. This allows our therapists to stay on schedule and bring their heavy equipment to you as efficiently as possible.
- How much space do I need for a mobile session? A clear area of about 6 feet by 10 feet is ideal. This gives the therapist enough room to set up the massage table and move around all four sides comfortably to work on different muscle groups.
- What is your cancellation policy? Because we reserve a significant block of time for travel and setup for our concierge clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a fee.
- Concierge Mobile: I typically arrive 15 minutes early for setup. If a client is not ready or available at the start time, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor my commitments to subsequent clients.
